Application of the Fighter Verse for May 28/29

Isaiah 40:28-29 (Listen to song Demo above)

Have you not known? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. 29He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.

God is the everlasting God.  That is BIG news!  Bigger than Osama Bin Laden.  Bigger than tornadoes.  Bigger than everything else.  We grow weary.  We are limited in our strength and capacity.   God does not wear down, but rather gives power to those who are weary.

In your weakness, seek the Lord’s strength!

Practical suggestions:

– Meditate upon this verse.  Know the God of the universe and seek Him.

– Pray to God and ask Him to help you in your weakness.

– Consider your weakness in light of a tornado.  Is not God greater than tornadoes and natural disasters?  He is!  How great then is our need for Him!

How will you use this fighter verse song in your life this week? with your spouse? your children? your family? your neighbors?
