I think there is a time in every person’s life when they start to understand that fear can be a good thing, and sometimes a very good thing. We should fear the being that is strong. King David wisely wants us to fear the LORD.
Our LORD will keep us from lack. He will make sure we have enough of what is good. A being like that should be feared. But he should also be sought after.
Seek the LORD. Fear the LORD.
