Peace is very good thing. If you have it in some form, thank God for it.
If you don’t, or you would like more, pray. If you are anxious, pray. Let your requests be made known to God. Remember to thank him for the good and the bad things in your life.
And God will give you peace. And this peace will, through the saving work of Jesus, protect your heart and mind.
